Joan Fraser
Joan Fraser was born in the UK, but grew up in Amsterdam.
Despite having spent most of her childhood in the Netherlands, her father‘s country, she always felt a strong pull towards her motherland
Scotland. As a child she was fascinated by Arthurian Legend, and was pleasantly surprised to find out about the hidden depths of the legends
through her magical training. She first started her training with the Servants of the Light in 1982.
Inspired by her personal singing teacher, and the Power of Sound taught by Chris James, she specialised in teaching the combination of magic
and the use of sound in ritual and healing. Joan has been working with magical groups in the Netherlands for over 15 years, and been involved with
organising workshops and events for other organisations, as well as working with Helene Watson as a facilitator for their own annual workshops
since 2002.
